Language Teaching in Higher Education within a Plurilingual Perspective

چکیده

The pedagogies that are currently being put forward within a broad multilingual paradigm in languages education endorse the general principle learning is collaborative and dialogic process engaging learners teachers as partners bring diverse linguistic, cultural other knowledge into classroom. plurilingual approach to modern adopted by Council of Europe at turn century line with orientation embraced educational linguists wake migration displacement on global scale. This article deals implementation higher education, focusing use particular type cross-linguistic mediation language teaching, namely written translation. Firstly, investigates how pedagogic translation conceived applied linguistics. Secondly, it gives two examples becoming an integral part teaching testing European universities. concluding section contains some recommendations for future research.
